I build custom software to replace the subscriptions your business pays for every month. You pay once for the build. Then it's yours: the code, the data, the servers. No per-seat fees, no renewals, no price increases.
cat problem.log
Subscriptions look cheap on the pricing page. Over a few years they add up to a lot of money, and when you stop paying you have nothing left.
Every new hire is another seat. Your software costs go up when the business grows, even though the software is the same.
Big platforms are built for everyone, so they fit nobody well. Your team works around the tool when the tool should fit how they work.
Prices go up at renewal, features move to higher plans, and leaving means a painful export. You're stuck paying whatever they ask.
./subscription-cost --estimate
Move the sliders to match one tool you pay for. Then compare that number to a single fixed price for software built around your workflow.
> If a custom build costs less than this, it pays for itself. After that, the money stays with you.
ls ./what-i-build
Web apps your team can open in any browser, from the office or on the move. A few examples of what I build:
Track leads, clients and deals with exactly the fields and pipeline stages you use.
The spreadsheet that runs your business, turned into a proper app with permissions and history.
Appointments, rooms, staff schedules and reminders under your own brand.
Stock, suppliers, purchase orders and alerts, connected to what you already use.
Generate quotes, turn them into invoices and track payments without a monthly plan.
Reports that pull from all your tools, and the boring repetitive tasks done automatically.

You always know the scope, the price and the next step before it happens.
30 minutes. You show me the tools you pay for and how your team actually uses them.
Scope, price and timeline in writing. One number, no hourly surprises.
Regular demos so you see real progress and can steer it while it's built.
Deployed on your infrastructure with full source code, documentation and training for your team.

To be fully transparent: hosting has a small running cost, which you pay directly to the hosting provider, not to me. I'll estimate it in your quote. If you want changes later, each one is quoted separately and you only pay when you ask for something. There's no retainer.
man ./faq
Yes. You get the full source code and the rights to it are transferred to you in the contract. You can hire anyone to work on it later, including someone who isn't me.
On your own cloud account or your own server. I set it up, but it's in your name, so you're never dependent on me to keep it online.
Usually you can replace the part you actually use, which is often a small slice of what you're paying for. On the free call I'll tell you honestly whether a custom build makes sense. Sometimes it doesn't, and I'll say so.
Every quote includes a warranty period. During it, I fix bugs for free. After that, fixes and new features are quoted individually. You don't need a monthly contract.
Yes. Most tools let you export your data, and I'll import it into the new system so your team starts with everything already there.
It depends on the scope. A focused internal tool can take a few weeks, while larger systems take longer. You'll get a timeline in the quote before anything starts.
./contact --now
Book a free 30-minute call. You'll leave with an honest answer and, if it makes sense, a fixed quote.
